Filled masterbatches are used in injection molding, blow molding, film (one or more layers), sheet and tape applications. They have the following advantages:

Injection and Blow Molding

  • Effectively reduce raw material costs because they are generally more economical than polymer resins
  • Faster mold cooling improves yield
  • Reduce Masterbatch Demand
  • Higher resistance to thermal deformation, higher rigidity and stiffness
  • Improve dimensional stability, solderability and printability

The addition rate of filler masterbatch in injection molding and blow molding applications is usually between 5-30%, and even up to 50%.

Film, sheet, sack, bag, raffia

  • Lower raw material costs because they are generally more economical than polymer resins
  • Reduce Masterbatch Demand
  • Higher stiffness, paper-like effect
  • Improve weldability and printability
  • Improved anti-blocking properties
  • Better bubble stability

The addition rate of filling masterbatch in film application is 2-20%.

PE & PP Tape

  • Anti-fibrillation (also called anti-splitting)
  • lower raw material costs because they
  • Usually more economical than polymer resins
  • Reduce Masterbatch Demand
  • Higher stiffness
  • Improve weldability and printability
  • Improved anti-blocking properties
  • Improve weaving ability
  • Easier to handle

In general, the addition rate of the filler masterbatch in the tape is 3-8%.

HDPE & PP 管

  • With high whiteness, can replace expensive white masterbatch
  • Lower raw material costs, often more economical than polymer resins
  • Higher stiffness
  • Smooth pipes have a lower coefficient of friction to better prevent them from clogging
  • Due to its excellent cold resistance, it is not easy to become brittle at low temperatures

The rate of addition of the filler masterbatch to the adhesive tape is typically 5-30%.
