High Fill
Filled masterbatches are used in injection molding, blow molding, film (one or more layers), sheet and tape applications. They have the following advantages:
Injection and Blow Molding
- Effectively reduce raw material costs because they are generally more economical than polymer resins
- Faster mold cooling improves yield
- Reduce Masterbatch Demand
- Higher resistance to thermal deformation, higher rigidity and stiffness
- Improve dimensional stability, solderability and printability
The addition rate of filler masterbatch in injection molding and blow molding applications is usually between 5-30%, and even up to 50%.
Film, sheet, sack, bag, raffia
- Lower raw material costs because they are generally more economical than polymer resins
- Reduce Masterbatch Demand
- Higher stiffness, paper-like effect
- Improve weldability and printability
- Improved anti-blocking properties
- Better bubble stability
The addition rate of filling masterbatch in film application is 2-20%.
PE & PP Tape
- Anti-fibrillation (also called anti-splitting)
- lower raw material costs because they
- Usually more economical than polymer resins
- Reduce Masterbatch Demand
- Higher stiffness
- Improve weldability and printability
- Improved anti-blocking properties
- Improve weaving ability
- Easier to handle
In general, the addition rate of the filler masterbatch in the tape is 3-8%.
HDPE & PP 管
- With high whiteness, can replace expensive white masterbatch
- Lower raw material costs, often more economical than polymer resins
- Higher stiffness
- Smooth pipes have a lower coefficient of friction to better prevent them from clogging
- Due to its excellent cold resistance, it is not easy to become brittle at low temperatures
The rate of addition of the filler masterbatch to the adhesive tape is typically 5-30%.
